What services does First Rule offer?
First Rule divides its services into two main areas: Construction; and General Business. On the Construction side, First Rule offers comprehensive online training courses, live workshops, webinars, and other resources for subcontractors, general contractors, and design professionals at every level and job title. On the General Business side, First Rule offers a variety of products, services, and resources to educate business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and beyond on their contracts & communication by providing affordable and done-for-you contract templates. We also offer live, in-person workshops, custom courses for companies, and free resources like how-to videos and guides available for download.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our courses because we truly believe in the value that they provide. This is a no-questions-asked policy that can be utilized up to 30-days after purchase. (Although, it’s never been requested before!)

We kindly ask that you do not share your login information/credentials with anyone. In order to continue to provide quality education and support, we operate under a pay-per-seat license. We reserve the right to terminate anyone’s access for sharing login credentials for unauthorized access to our materials. If this (regrettable) circumstance occurs, no refunds will be issued.

Once you purchase a First Rule course, you’ll have access to it for one full year. This includes any versions of the course that may be updated within that timeframe. If you ever need support accessing a course you have purchased, or need more time to complete your course, you can always reach out to support@firstruletraining.com for help.
Yes! We offer discounts to you for taking additional courses (for example, starting with a Review & Revision course will naturally flow into a Negotiation course after) as well as discounts to members of your company if they sign up for training. Why wouldn’t we offer a discount for referrals and returning students? Just contact us at support@firstruletraining.com to ask about specifics.
We do! First Rule’s group discount rates are as follows: Purchasing course access for 1-3 people? The course is full price for each registrant. Purchasing course access for 4-9 people? Take 5% off your total purchase. Purchasing course access for 10-19 people? Take 10% off your total purchase. Purchasing course access for 20-29 people? Take 15% off your total purchase. Purchasing course access for 30+ people? Take 20% off your total purchase. You can choose how many seats you’d like to purchase and enter each registrants’ information directly at checkout! Do you provide customized training or live workshops for individual companies?

Yes! First Rule offers several programs for our live, in-person workshops, but we will also work directly with you to create the curriculum of your dreams.
